volcanic ash pours constantly on the central florida town. Sulfur seeps into the ground water, and no one seems to mind. A tricky black cloud filled with static seems to tease this thirsty population. Thirsty for better things, bigger things, newer, expensive, faster, volcanic rock. Rocks of all sizes fill the stores, rock candy in the mouths of children. Rock homes with boulders on the cobbled driveways.  

maybe if they push hard enough it’ll all be diamonds.

Tokyo police club, two door cinema club, nofx, bouncing souls, cobra skulls, greenland is melting and hopefully more. 

I am taking this time to listen to music again and not just dick around with free time. 

So far the new year has treated me right. I have a job, enjoying my classes, replenished with real food, enjoying a clean room, and have enough money to get a haircut. I have a great feeling for this year and for everyone in it, and although 2010 treated me like shit towards the end i still love it for the family i’m still connected to and the friends that are still connected to me.

Proud to be an Ironical

So I find it kind of funny that after the leaked results of the (biased) DADT survey showed that the majority of troops don’t give a fuck that their comrades are gay McCain and the Family Research Council go on the defensive about how the results aren’t legitimate enough to be able to repeal the ban. No doubt there will be a push for another $4.4 million survey, at our cost, to get the right results. It’s times like this when i see how the generation of our politicians is so out of touch of Today. Personally i felt that the survey should never had been released in the first place. I hardly recall reading in my history books the great survey to raise the ban on Blacks and Women in the military. But don’t get all stunk up yet McCain! The full report won’t be released until december 1st giving plenty of time to have the results skewed and “corrected.”
